You have trees you want to keep healthy and a yard you want to be proud of. You want someone who tells you straight what each tree needs, does the work right, and leaves the place clean. We get it. That is why Trailhead exists: so a homeowner in Spokane can get an ISA Certified Arborist in the yard, a straight answer (prune it, protect it, or remove it), and a written quote. Your trees thrive for decades, and they become the best part of coming home.
Why we are strict about it
Ryan Schulte started Trailhead in September 2021 in Spokane on four goals that still run the company: preserve trees when possible, remove trees when necessary, leave a clean job site, and keep a satisfied customer. Five years later the crew has ISA Certified Arborists on staff, a sales manager, Adam DeWitt, who is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist and comes out with Ryan to look at your trees, and a 72-foot spider lift and a mini skid-steer that both fit through a 36-inch gate. That is why a big pine over a roof in a fenced back yard comes down without a crane.
Licensed, bonded, insured.
Trailhead Tree Service, LLC is a registered Washington contractor (TRAILTS796RC), a registered Idaho contractor (2271382), holds a City of Spokane Commercial Tree Service License, and is bonded and insured. Ask for the certificate. We send it before the job.
Where we work.
Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls, Airway Heights, Cheney, Medical Lake, Nine Mile Falls, Deer Park and outlying areas. Emergency response is our priority, and we answer, even on the weekend.
How we quote.
Every tree is different. Age, health, size, species, and what is under it decide the job, so the price is unique to your tree. An arborist looks in person, free, and you get a written quote. If a tree can be saved with pruning or cabling, we say so. If it needs to come down, we say that too.
