Yes. Difficult removals done without damage is the thing our reviews mention most. A crew lead walks the property with you before we start, we protect what is under the tree, and we leave the site clean. One customer's review describes nine trees taken out around patio furniture, lights, and a pool with no damage.
The words that show up most in our Google and Angi reviews are “polite,” “respectful,” “difficult removal,” and “no damage.” That is not an accident; it is the job.
How a job runs:
- The walk-through. Before anything is cut, the crew lead walks the property with you: what is under the tree, where the lift or the ropes will go, what stays and what moves (patio furniture, planters, the grill, the kids’ trampoline).
- Rigging, not dropping. Over a roof, a fence, a pool, or a garden, wood comes down in pieces on ropes or in the lift bucket, not in one cut.
- Ground protection. Mats under the lift on soft lawn; plywood where the skid-steer tracks.
- Cleanup. Brush chipped, wood hauled (or stacked for firewood if you want it), the lawn raked, the driveway blown off. “Leave a clean job site” is one of the four goals the company was started on.
- Insurance behind all of it. Bonded and insured, certificate on request, so if anything ever does go wrong it is on our policy, not yours.
