Yes. Emergency response is our priority, and we are already working on the weekend. Send a photo to (509) 496-1838 with your address and we will tell you tonight whether it can wait until morning or when we can be there. If it is an emergency, call 911 first.
Spokane gets two or three windstorms a winter that put trees on houses. December 17, 2025 hit 75 mph at the airport, a record. What we are is the tree service that answers, even while the game is on.
The rule: every storm text or call gets a human reply, Saturday and Sunday included. The reply says three things: what we see in the photo, what to do tonight, and when we can be there. Hazard trees on structures move to the front of the line.
Before you call anyone: if it is an emergency, call 911. No tree service can touch a live line. If a tree is on the roof, stay out of the rooms under it and do not cut anything that is loaded. Storm-loaded wood shifts without warning.
The full first-hour checklist and what we do when we arrive are on the emergency page.
